Arrival & Dismissal

Important Guidelines

We are dedicated to ensuring your child’s arrival and pick-up are as smooth and safe as possible. To achieve this, we kindly ask that you follow the designated car line traffic pattern to avoid congestion. Below are some important guidelines to follow.

Car Tags

All parents will be given car tags for the students they will be picking up. Your child will be brought to your car by a teacher. For safety reasons, please remain in the car line and refrain from walking in to pick up your child.

Traffic Pattern

Following the designated car line traffic pattern helps avoid congestion and ensures a smooth and safe process for everyone.

Safety First

Using a cell phone while moving through the car line is dangerous.
Please refrain from doing so.

Parking

If you need to go to the office or leave your car for any reason, please park in designated parking areas only. Do not leave children unattended.

Extracurricular Activities

Students participating in after-school activities will generally be picked up at the SEC entrance unless otherwise instructed. Students participating in athletics will be dismissed at the Student Building entrance.

Sibling Note

For safety reasons, siblings are not permitted to stay after school to wait for students who are participating in extracurricular activities. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!
