Daniel Padron

Daniel Padron

Head of School

I hold a B.S. in Public Health from the University of South Florida and two M.Ed degrees from Southeastern University, one in Curriculum & Instruction (2015) and the other in Educational Leadership (2019). I have been serving as the Head of School at Bell Shoals Academy since 2022 and hold certifications in Primary PK-3rd, Elementary K-6th, ESE K-12, ESOL K-12, and Educational Leadership. My family includes my wife Judy and our daughters Jessenia, Alexandra, and Isabella. In my free time, I enjoy basketball, golf, and spending time with my family. We attend Bell Shoals Church, and my life verse is Proverbs 21:21: "Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity, and honor."

Rachel Dameron

Middle School Principal

I hold a B.S. from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul, and an M.A.Ed. from Hamline University, St. Paul. Since 2001, I have been serving in the educational field, holding certifications in Communications, Arts, & Literature, Secondary Education (6-12), and a Reading License (K-12). My husband, GW, and I have a beautifully blended family that includes six remarkable kids who bring so much love and joy into our lives. In my free time, I enjoy running, doing handstands, and watching my kids grow in many areas of life. We attend Redemption Church, and my life verse is Jeremiah 29:11.

Elementary Principal

Since 2020, I have been serving in my current role. I hold a B.S. from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. My family includes my husband Bruce Roberts, who serves as the Campus Pastor in Riverview for Bell Shoals Church, and our children Rylee and Roman. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing board games, baking, and hiking/kayaking.

Early Learning Center Director

I attended the University of South Florida (USF), where I studied Business and Public Administration. I hold several certifications, including a National Director Credential, ACSI Commissioner, Advanced Florida Director Credential with VPK Certification, CDA (Childhood Development Associate), and a Formal Florida Staff Credential. I have been serving at Bell Shoals Academy since 2001. My family includes my husband, Dan, our four children—Calib, Andrew, Lauren, and Megan—and our two dogs. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, and gardening. We attend Bridgeway Church in New Tampa, and my life verse is Isaiah 58:6-14.

Teacher Mentor & Family Liasion

I have been serving at Bell Shoals Academy since 1990. I have a BS in Education from South West Texas State University and an MS from the University of Houston. I am married to Rodney Carnley and we have two adult children who are both Academy alumni. Kara is married to Bill and they have 3 children; Ryan is married to DeeDee. We have 4 grand-dogs! I enjoy reading and taking family trips. I am a member of Bell Shoals Church and my life verse is Jeremiah 29:11.

Mike Ramsdell

Dean of Students

I had the honor of serving our country in the United States Marine Corps for 20 years and obtained an MBA from the University of Phoenix. To pursue executive leadership roles in Corporate America for the last five years. After answering God's calling to return to a service role by joining Bell Shoals Academy as the Dean of Students, I am now pursuing a second master's degree in theological studies from Liberty University. I am married to my loving wife, Stacy, and enjoy the following hobbies: Trail running, fishing, golf, and softball. We are active members of Bell Shoals Church, and my life verse is 2 Timothy 3: 16-17.

At Bell Shoals Academy we provide before and after care as well as Summer Camp opportunities.  We are looking for Club and Camp counselors to help provide a fun and engaging place for our students outside of school hours.
