ELC Grandparents Day

We’re excited to welcome our Bell Shoals Academy grandparents to campus for our annual Grandparents Day Celebration! It’s a special time to honor the legacy, love, and support of our grandparents with a morning full of joy, connection, and memories.

Reminders

Please wear your regular school uniform. 

All students must be with an adult. If your child will not be accompanied by a family member, please inform your homeroom teacher.

Student Checkout

If a family member (grandparent, relative, etc.) will be checking out your student, they must be listed on your family pickup list in FACTS. Please update this before the event:

Log in to the FACTS Family Portal
Click Family
Select Family Demographic Form
Add a New Emergency Contact for your student
👉 Every student will receive an Out of Uniform Pass at check-out.

Early Release Information
This is an early release day for ELC–10th Grade.

Students who are not going home with a family member will be dismissed through the car line following our early release schedule.:
