K-9th Grandparents Day

We’re excited to welcome our Bell Shoals Academy grandparents to campus for our annual Grandparents Day Celebration! It’s a special time to honor the legacy, love, and support of our grandparents with a morning full of joy, connection, and memories.

📅 K–9 Grandparents Day – Friday, 9/26

Schedule

7:50–9:00 AM – Shop the Book Fair, enjoy Free Family Photos with Brantley Photography in the SEC, and Visit Classrooms
• All K–9th students must be in their homeroom by 9:00 AM.
• Students should remain with a family member until that time or be in homeroom.
• If your student will not be accompanied by a family member, please inform their homeroom teacher.
9:30–10:15 AM – Grandparents Day Performance in the Chapel
10:30 AM – Dismissal
• K–5th – Pick up from the Gym
• 6th–9th – Return to classrooms for check-out
Book Fair & Family Photos – Continue in the SEC until 12:00 PM

Reminders

Dress to Impress: Wear something nice—jeans without holes or a dress are great options. (Please continue to follow our regular dress code guidelines.)
All students must be with an adult. If your child will not be accompanied by a family member, please inform your homeroom teacher.

Student Checkout

If a family member (grandparent, relative, etc.) will be checking out your student, they must be listed on your family pickup list in FACTS. Please update this before the event:

Log in to the FACTS Family Portal
Click Family
Select Family Demographic Form
Add a New Emergency Contact for your student
👉 Every student will receive an Out of Uniform Pass at check-out.

Early Release Information
This is an early release day for ELC–9th Grade.

Students who are not going home with a family member will be dismissed through the car line following our early release schedule.
